You may use the sample withdrawal form below, though its use is not required. You may also submit your withdrawal electronically by clicking the “Withdrawal” button on our website. If you choose this option, we will immediately send you (for example, by email) a confirmation of receipt of your cancellation.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires or to use the withdrawal button.
