Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Denmark, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Malta, Vatican City, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Greece, Ireland.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We do not charge shipping costs for orders over 40€.

Deliveries abroad:

free shipping from 200€

From an order value of 200.00 we deliver abroad free of shipping costs.

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the goods are dispatched.
